Hospitality
Technology built
for hospitality.
We build digital experiences, AI systems, websites, automation and custom software for businesses built around guests, bookings, food, events and service. Delivered in New York, and remotely for hospitality businesses abroad.
Who we build for
If your business runs
on guests, it fits here.
Restaurants
Independents, groups and takeaways that live or die on being findable, answerable and easy to order from.
Hotels & resorts
Properties where guest questions arrive at every hour and most answers already exist somewhere nobody can find.
Bars & venues
Rooms that get booked for private hire, and need the inquiry captured properly the first time.
Catering
Businesses quoting on headcount, date and dietary requirements, over and over, by hand.
Events & weddings
Planners, venues and event businesses managing guests, replies and the run of the day.
Tourism & food businesses
Tours, markets, producers and food brands that need a real digital front door.
What we can build
Nine things that take
work off your team.
Start with whatever your staff repeats most. That is almost always where the first system should go.
AI guest assistants
Hours, location, parking, wifi, breakfast, pets, accessibility, allergens and private hire, answered from information you have published and approved, with a clean handover to a person when it should be one.
Restaurant & hotel websites
The hours, the location and the phone number where a hungry or lost guest can find them in three seconds. Domain, hosting and forms handled so it is ready to go.
Booking & inquiry workflows
Guide guests to the right way to book, capture requests outside opening hours, and route them to the right person the next morning with the detail already attached.
Menus & business knowledge
A menu people can search by dish and filter by dietary need, instead of a photograph of a laminated page. Behind it, the policies and procedures your team needs mid shift.
Event & lead automation
Capture the date, the headcount, the budget and the requirements up front, qualify it, summarise it, and put a lead in front of you rather than a conversation starter.
AI voice and phone systems
Common calls answered, after hours inquiries captured, reservation and appointment requests taken, and calls routed. Built around your verified information, not general assumptions.
Feedback intelligence
What is actually being said repeatedly, summarised into something you can act on, rather than a star average that tells you nothing about Tuesday service.
Internal dashboards
Operational views built around how your business actually runs, so your team stops living in a spreadsheet and a group chat.
Custom hospitality software
If your operation has a process no product supports, that is a build. We scope it honestly and tell you when buying something existing is the better answer.
Experience, built in house
We have shipped in this industry.
YardLink Eats
We created YardLink Eats, a Caribbean restaurant discovery platform combining native mobile applications, maps, structured restaurant data, a human editorial review process and AI assisted discovery. It is live on the App Store.
View the case studyWedLink
We also built WedLink, a wedding and event guest management platform with invitations, RSVP, guest tools and organiser workflows, with the entire guest path translated into eight languages and no account required to reply.
View the case studyHospitality work travels well. Websites, booking and inquiry flows, guest assistants, menus and internal tools can all be delivered remotely, so a restaurant or a small hotel outside the United States is a normal project for us rather than an exception.
A note on integrations: we do not claim connections to property management systems we have not built. If your project needs a specific integration, we will tell you plainly what is feasible before you commit to it.
Beyond hospitality
A specialisation,
not a restriction.
We know this industry well. We are not limited to it. If a business has customers, leads, bookings, data or repetitive work, there is usually a system worth building.
What is your team repeating all day?
Start there. Tell us the question, the booking flow or the admin task, and we will tell you what it would take to build around it.
