This policy covers www.yardlinkstudio.com, operated by YardLink Studio LLC. Individual products we publish have their own privacy policies, which apply to those products rather than this site.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and optionally your business name, the type of work you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline and the description of your project.

Our hosting provider records standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. That is normal server logging and it happens for every website you visit.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the entire purpose. We use what you send to understand your project and respond to your inquiry.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, and we do not put you into an automated sales sequence.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling before reaching our email. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the working relationship or a potential one. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email yardlinkstudio@gmail.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
