A multi-stage restaurant data scraper and enrichment pipeline powering YardLink Eats. Anansi automates the full data flow — scrape, geocode, deduplicate, and write to Firestore — with a browser dashboard, AI chat interface, and custom borough detection for NYC and Long Island.

Not a chatbot with a name slapped on it. Errol understands Patois, Trini, Guyanese Creolese, and Haitian Kreyòl — and knows when not to use them. He mirrors how you talk. Formal, he keeps it clean. Casual, he loosens up. He never overdoes the accent and never turns culture into a costume.

He knows all 751 restaurants in YardLink Eats. He knows which ones are open right now. He knows what to order.
